he emulsifying machine has triple blender, hydraulic lift cover, high-speed homogenizing blender(speed is 0-3500RPM,frequency speed regulation) and low-speed scraper blender (speed is 10-70RPM,frequency speed regulation), high-shear vortex emulsification blender is used in the homogenizing part,which can scrape in a low speed and automatically blend and snuggle up to the bottom and wall of boiler.the machine draws powder material by the way of vacuum in order to prevent the powder flying.the whole working procedure is operated in the condition of vacuum in order to prevent the material coming into being buble after high-speed blending and reach the request of sanitation and asepsis.CIP cleanning system is equipped in this system,the contact part of vessel is made of SUS316L,other parts are made of SUS304, Mirror finish of the inside surface is 300mesh,In order to ensure the stabilization of the control, the electro-control part is the products of Germany Siemens co***ny, the button is produced by Japan Fuji co***ny, the transducer is the product of Japan panasonic electrictries ,according the GMP requriement. wich is the most advanced and most perfect cream production equipment.
The machine is made up of pretreatment boiler (water phase tank, oil phase tank,vacuum emulsificatiom blending boiler vacuum pump hydraulic system pouring out sysyem electric control system and worktable.
